He has 45 years of business/international experience in leading MNC's in oil and gas, plantations and other industries. He held various Senior Management positions, including CEO and Executive Director responsibilities in Esso Malaysia. After retiring from Esso he took up the role of Senior Vice President of Petronas, a fortune 500 company. He was later appointed as the first CEO of the Malaysia Palm Oil Council by Former Prime ministor, Tun Mahatir. Currently Dato' Murad is on the board of 9 private and public listed companies(both local and foreign) as Chairman/Director/Advicer. He was awarded the KMN By the Malaysian Government in 1947 and DIMP by the state government of Pahang in 1985.

He is an Electrical & Electronics engineer by profession with Degree in Business Administration and overall experience in 15 years in Energy Management, Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management.
He has worked with Many MNC's like Reliance, Saipem, Enercon,
and Electricity Board (MSEB). During his Employment in Enercon, he
was instrumental in developing Energy Management Business in South East Asia and has conducted several Energy Audits and was Lead Consultant for Many EE Projects. He was involved in supply and installation of many customized Energy Monitoring, Targeting & Verification System.
Anand Pande has also conducted various Energy Management Training for industries and Commercial buildings. He has trained more than 500 Professionals (Engineers & Competent personals) for "Energy management &
Energy Audits"

She is an entrepreneur and specialized in business development in several MNC's such a Panasonic, Ikea, Samsung, etc. Has over 20 years of experience In Electronics and home furnishing industry. Currently her passion has grown for LED Lightings, fixtures and promoting LED chips for electronic and lighting manufacturers.
He graduated from University of Kebangsaan, Malaysia in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in the field of Economics. Ventured into Telephone Answering Machine Business on his own to gain experience and know
how. In 1996 he decided to work with leading Multi National Companies involved in sales and then into Human Resources. He has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Administration in various industries and also took up the role of Advisor to few private local companies.
